Ever since being hit with over 31 kidney stones all at once in 2014, I have been on a mission to help people just like you achieve kidney stone freedom. It is my obsession!

In the past decade, I have been blessed with interacting with tens of thousands of fellow kidney stone sufferers from all around the globe. Everything that I learn through these interactions, my research, and personal experience I share on this website and my social channels. 

I have been completely kidney stone free for the last 5 years and I am committed to helping you achieve lasting freedom from kidney stones too. Through my decade of obsession, I have learned how to pass kidney stones without surgery and how to change your diet to prevent stones from ever returning.
